Welcome to my story. This story is about a journey into the world of anxiety and depression. If you are currently suffering from these conditions, then you can understand how difficult it can be to simply get up in the morning and try to live a normal life. The truth is that there are days when you just can’t, and it’s hard to make it through the day, but you try your hardest to do it. You try so hard to live a normal life. But it’s like walking around with a boulder around your neck. It’s been a long road for me. That’s why I wanted to share this book. I want others who are going through anxiety and depression to know that they are not alone; that they don’t have to suffer in silence. In fact, if you are going through this right now, I want you to know that there is nothing wrong with you. If anything, you are so brave and so strong!

I picked this book in one afternoon and could not put it down till I read the last page. I found the book to be a book of hope to anyone who went through the ordeal of anxiety and depression and a book of knowledge to those who did not experience this ordeal. It reveals in depth and in intimate details how it feels to go through the pain, then gives a clear path of how the author Saw the light at the end of the tunnel and how he got out of it. The book ignites a ray of hope to anyone who may be going through this ordeal and is searching for a rope to pull him/herself out. Well done and well documented.
